Scope:
- Integration of weighing platforms directly in the indexing conveyor of the existing machines.
8 machines total received the upgrade. - Pneumatic and servo PLC based machines upgraded with automatic pump adjustment based on feedback from the checkweighers.
- SQL enabled logging of individual container weights and batch data.
