Project: Complete replacement of control system for internal transport of pallets. Including a major rebuild of the safety system.
Scope:
- New PLC code for the entire pallet transport installation.
- New PLC code for 3 automatic AGVs.
- Handling of all data exchanges between 8 palletizing robots, a central print server and the automated AGVs.
- New 27” inch touch HMI solution for central monitoring of the entire facility.
- Installation and integration of +15 new lightcurtains and safety scanners.
